You wish ALWAYS gain that weight back, and then some. But once you've eliminated your cyanogenetic feelings and beliefs, exercise and diet become unnecessary. You wish shed excess weight without effort.
I'm going to explain how our Energy Psychological science Weight Loss Program works, but 1st let me ask you if any of these "core beliefs " seem familiar:
- Eating is the one thing in my life that gives me pleasure. My gluttony doesn't hurt anyone but me. I don't count so it doesn't matter.
- I'll show them! No one is going to tell me what to do! I'll eat what I want to eat, once I want to eat it!
- I feel so pissed off all the time. It's not safe to get so mad. I need this fat to contain my anger.
- I'm weak-willed. I have no wish power. No power over my life. Everything happens to me.
- If I get dilutant I'll lose all my friends.
- If I lose weight men (or women) wish start to look at me/expect things from me/molest me. I can't handle it. I need this extra weight to stay safe.
- No one loves me anyway. As long as I'm fat I can pretend that's the reason.
- I ne er succeed. I've struggled with my weight my whole adult life, there's no way things could change now.
- I'll ne er be happy unless I'm thin. Only once I am thin can I finally be happy.
